Cold Turkey Press was founded in 1970 by Gerard Bellaart. Over its unusually long life the avowedly experimental imprint has published the work of Blaise Cendrars, Allen Ginsberg, Sinclair Beiles, Ed Sanders, William Burroughs -- and Heathcote Williams, from whose library this copy emerged (albeit with no ownership markings).
