Black Book on the Welsh Theatre

London: Bozo, 1985

8vo, pp. 138. Original black stiff paper wrappers. TLS laid in. B&w photographic illustrations.

This book, a polemic deploring the then state of Welsh theatre, and its enclosures were sent to Rickman in 1996. As Jones's cover letter explains: 'I have long been fighting for a Welsh National Theatre. Please accept the enclosed, and the little red pamphlet Wild West Stages [present], and Sailing to Avalon [not present], a play in which there are quite a few amazing parts.'
