Preliminaries a little dusty, light foxing to leading edge, but a very good copy in a very good, slightly foxed dustwrapper, chipped with some loss to foot of spine and with another chip to foot of rear panel, edgewear with some small closed tears.
First UK edition, the US edition having appeared six months earlier.
